Exciting things are happening in northern Sweden, and now Zeppelin Sweden is looking for its next Service Leader in Gällivare, who will become part of the company with yellow machines aiming for new successes.

Are you good at planning and coordinating ongoing operations in a workshop? Together with the workshop manager, mechanics, and external customers, you will ensure the daily operations in the workshop in Gällivare.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, receiving and planning repair and service work
• Coordinate internal and external work
• Lead daily operations
• Open and follow up work orders
• Carry out purchases related to operations in consultation with the manager
• Ensure documented quality control before machine delivery
• Actively contribute to improvement and quality work

Who are you?

We believe you are structured with good planning skills. A strong service focus is, of course, a success factor as you will collaborate with both external customers and internal colleagues. Furthermore, it is a plus if you have a strong interest in machinery and experience from the industry.

Experience

You have a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on technology. Experience working with heavy machinery is a requirement, and we would like to see that you have previous leadership experience. You have a high technical competence with a strong interest in people and machines. It is also an advantage if you have experience working with customers.

You are accustomed to working in MS Office and have an easy time learning new systems. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement. Since we work in an international environment and the service literature is in English, you need to have good knowledge of that language as well. A B driver's license is also a requirement for the position.

You demonstrate good leadership by leading, motivating, and providing others with the knowledge required to effectively achieve common goals.
