About the Role

This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys technology, development, and digitization. You will work with a team of technically skilled colleagues and report to the site manager.

Your responsibilities as a Property Engineer include:

  • Overall responsibility for maintenance optimization, which involves managing the facilities' and their objects' operational and maintenance plans
  • Analysis of deviations, error statistics, and alarm management as a basis for optimizing operations and improvement activities
  • Leading and developing energy meetings with the customer regarding energy goals together with the energy expert from the resource group
  • Developing improvements regarding technical solutions and efficient maintenance based on feedback from operations and customers
  • Assisting as a technical expert and sounding board in technical matters both internally and towards the customer
  • Overall responsibility for technical reporting and responsible for documentation for planned maintenance and reinvestment needs

About You

We are looking for someone with a technical education, an engineering degree in a relevant field, and at least 3 years of experience in energy optimization and technical maintenance work. It is advantageous if you have training in energy optimization and have worked with maintenance systems such as Faciliate (advantageous) and Maximo. You can build and adapt operational plans to maintain appropriate functionality and minimize maintenance efforts, and you have very good knowledge of maintenance planning. You should have good communication skills and be proficient in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. In this role, it is important that you enjoy collaborating and networking across different work areas and groups.

As a person, we believe you are structured, enjoy working methodically, can communicate with both technicians and customers, and have analytical skills. You should thrive in change and have an ambition to develop within and with the company.

About the Position

  • Employment type: Permanent position
  • Employment rate: Full-time 100%
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri Office hours
  • Start date: By agreement
  • Probationary period: 6 months
