We are looking for a chef for our restaurants at the Hotel. In this role, you will prepare well-balanced traditional dishes from scratch as well as new exciting recipes developed by the head chef. We work with a wide variety of meal solutions and cooking methods. You will also be involved and contribute creativity during our events throughout the year. About the position:

As a chef at Gekås Ullared, you will work in a fast-paced environment where quality and guest satisfaction are at the center. You will prepare and cook dishes that align with our menu and high standards. In addition to cooking and managing the kitchen, you will also handle ordering, receiving and unpacking goods, quality control, and self-checks, among other tasks.

Your mission:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Contribute to the development of the menu with creative and innovative ideas
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a chef who shares our commitment to food and service. You are creative, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You should also:

• Have vocational training in the kitchen or equivalent practical experience
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Be a team player who contributes to a positive work environment

Scope: Full-time/Part-time. Work during evenings and weekends.

Start date: Immediately or by agreement.

Duration: Permanent.
