About the Position

We are currently looking for a workshop manager/team leader in collaboration with one of our clients in Skurup!

We are looking for someone with experience in workshops and/or the automotive industry. Do you want to be part of a dynamic team where quality and efficiency are the focus? Then this could be the position for you!

In your role, you will:

ensure that the right materials and equipment are available.
assist with documentation and paperwork related to the workshop, such as work orders.
help lead and distribute tasks based on the needs of the business. Therefore, we are looking for someone who thrives in an administrative role where order and structure are essential.
be an important link between production and management.
also include customer contact, and you will be the face of the business.

Working hours: Daytime.
Start: Immediately or by agreement.

The company performs modifications for trucks and customizes and develops unique solutions tailored to customers' operations, needs, and wishes.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and has a good ability to collaborate. You should be self-driven while having a strong focus on teamwork. You are structured and capable of making quick decisions when needed. You ensure that everyone in the team has the right conditions to deliver their best work.

Furthermore, we see that you have:

experience in leadership or workshop environments, preferably within industrial production or mechanical work.
experience in mechanics and welding.
a technical interest and a solution-oriented attitude.
strong organizational skills and good communication abilities.
good communication skills.
good computer skills and experience with Office programs.
Driving license B.
