Customer Service Manager – Lead and Develop Our Customer Service Team

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Helsingborg Start Date: Tentatively June 1

Fibio is a niche mobile operator with a green profile. We offer subscriptions that are Bra Miljöval-certified, meaning we take responsibility for both our customers and the environment. We challenge the major players with transparent, affordable, and customer-focused mobile subscriptions. With strong growth, we are now continuing our expansion and looking for a customer service manager for our newly built, modern office in central Helsingborg.

About the Role

As a customer service manager, you will lead a team of 10 people and ensure that we deliver a high level of service to our customers. You are responsible for the daily operations of customer service and work proactively to improve processes, train employees, and create an efficient and service-oriented work environment. The role requires you to be self-driven, take responsibility for your area, and drive initiatives to optimize the customer experience. You report directly to the CEO.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, and develop a small customer service team
  • Ensure we deliver high service quality and effective customer solutions
  • Handle personnel issues, such as recruitment when needed and employee development
  • Train and coach the team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows
Who We Are Looking For
  • Documented experience in leadership within customer service or a similar role
  • Structured and self-driven, accustomed to taking responsibility and driving improvements
  • Good understanding of customer interaction and service management
  • Confident in leading and motivating teams, even during change processes
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work goal-oriented
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
