JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Since our short-term and temporary housing is a temporary residence, you will meet many new people in your daily work. It is a varied job that requires flexibility, a good attitude, and the ability to build relationships with both residents, their relatives, and colleagues. You will be a support in the daily lives of the residents, assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, rehabilitation, and the health care each individual needs. You will be part of a team where you help each other and can receive advice and tips when needed.

All planning is done via mobile, so it is clear what is expected of you.

QUALIFICATIONS

For the short-term housing, we primarily seek those who have previous experience in care and support work or have other relevant experience. It is a great advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant, nurse, or caregiver. Perhaps you are currently training to become a nurse or doctor? Working in short-term housing gives you a solid foundation.

You are a person who enjoys working with people and wants to help them in their daily lives. You are attentive to others' needs, show a good attitude, and have strong collaboration skills. You are respectful and understand the importance of integrity.

You speak good Swedish and can express yourself in writing.
