Operators Needed for Production Facility in Skärblacka

We are looking for operators on behalf of our client for a production facility in Skärblacka. If you are seeking a stable workplace with a focus on long-term development, this is an excellent opportunity for you!

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of operator, you will have a varied and developing position where you become part of a close-knit team. You will be part of a team of four to seven people working to maintain a high standard in production, with working hours scheduled according to a 6-shift system.

To thrive in this role, you should be practical, responsible, and have a good ability to find solutions to problems. You should also enjoy a role where accuracy and quality are in focus. Since the work is physically demanding and periods of pace changes occur, you must be able to handle these without compromising results. As you will collaborate closely with other departments, good communication skills and effective teamwork are valued.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has completed high school education
  • Has previous work experience
  • Holds a B driver's license
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Forklift and/or overhead crane certification
  • Previous experience in industry and production work

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following personal qualities:
