Rosborg Entreprenad AB started in 2016 and we currently have 40 employees. Since 2023, we are a subsidiary of the Fasadgruppen Group AB. We are a contracting company that carries out medium-sized projects in construction, remediation, and demolition. We only work with the corporate sector. Primarily, we operate in Stockholm and surrounding areas, with our office/warehouse located in Sätra. We are collectively affiliated with Byggföretagen.
As a Project Manager at Rosborg Entreprenad AB, you will be responsible for successfully planning, organizing, and executing construction projects. By combining technical expertise, leadership, and project management, the project manager ensures that projects are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
· Develop and implement detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
· Identify and manage potential risks and deviations from the project plan.
2. Team Leadership:
· Recruit, lead, and motivate the project team.
· Delegate tasks and ensure clear communication within the team.
3. Technical Leadership:
· Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
· Ensure that the project meets technical specifications and quality standards.
4. Client Communication:
· Regularly report on project progress and manage expectations.
5. Budget and Resource Management:
· Monitor and manage the project budget.
· Manage and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
· Ensure that the project complies with all applicable laws, building codes, and regulations.
· Collaborate with authorities and inspectors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Experience and Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction sector.
- Skills in project management and use of relevant tools and software.
Other Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles within the construction industry.
