Job Description

We are now looking for reinforcement in the form of a machine operator through staffing via FMR Bemanning. The working hours are scheduled for 2 shifts.

The machine line is automated after continuous replenishment of boards and nails. Your job will consist of replenishing materials and monitoring the line's function, preventing and correcting downtime. In your work, you will communicate with forklift drivers regarding the logistics of incoming materials and handling of finished products. You will be responsible for ensuring the daily operation of the line runs efficiently.

The machine you will primarily be responsible for is operated by one person, but we have several lines in the same facility, so you will have significant interaction with colleagues performing similar work side by side. Naturally, this interaction will be particularly intense during your training phase, but even thereafter, the production will feel like a team effort.

Who We Are Looking For

As a machine operator, you need to be meticulous and results-oriented. This is important to perform an effective, good, and safe job. You also need to be able to work towards set goals and handle stress that may arise. Occasionally, unexpected downtimes or other issues in production may occur. You need to be able to resolve these quickly and effectively. Furthermore, you should be able to work both independently and in a team.

The work is physically demanding as the operator replenishes materials and, at the end of the production order, adjusts the machine for the next article type.

We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in production work with machine responsibility. Experience from the wood industry is preferred but not required; the emphasis is on experience from process-oriented industries. A forklift license is an advantage. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
