The traffic area of Västernorrland and Norrbotten is on a transformation journey, and as part of this, we will create a new team of traffic managers based at the Gärdedepå in Sundsvall.

About the position 
You will work in a workplace where high demands are placed on you to deliver good service and quality in a often eventful environment. You have the ultimate responsibility to support our drivers in delivering to our customers. When deviations and disruptions occur in traffic, you have an operational responsibility to lead and allocate resources to minimize the impact on the customer. You are also responsible for communicating relevant disruption information to customers, drivers, and other stakeholders through available technical systems. 
 
Personal qualities and qualifications 
We are looking for someone who works long-term and solution-oriented. You handle arising problems and deviations methodically. You can analyze, prioritize, and continuously assess the information you receive. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to work under time pressure while maintaining quality. Being able to handle stress is important to succeed in this role. 
 
As a person, you have a high willingness to serve, are unpretentious, empathetic, and have good collaboration skills. It is advantageous to have good local knowledge, a driver's license with D-authorization, and previous experience in customer-oriented traffic operations or similar telephone or customer service work. You have good computer skills and can easily familiarize yourself with new systems.

About the position and application
Since the business operates around the clock, working hours will need to be irregular during daytime/evenings/nights/weekends. We are looking for one person for a permanent position and substitutes for hourly employment, and there may be an opportunity for a combined position. Individual salary setting.
