We in home care and Lidhult's special accommodation Björkäng now need to strengthen our family-oriented operations. Lidhult is located between Ljungby and Halmstad with close proximity to nature. The main employment will be in home care, but since we have a combined operation where we help each other and are there for one another, the position means that we actively work with joint planning and help across boundaries, which gives you a varied job with wonderful community and is competence-enhancing. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for a nursing assistant for our family-oriented home care group in Lidhult. The job involves being responsible for providing good care and support by helping people maintain a meaningful everyday life in their homes. You will also perform delegated tasks and documentation related to HSL and rehabilitation. Our assignment includes daily use of various operational systems, and your primary work tool is the mobile phone.
The position is a 100% temporary position, but the degree of employment can be discussed and possibly shaped according to the applicant's interest. Dialogue about this will take place during the interview. To be considered for a position, openness to work in both of our operations is required. We work based on "My schedule proposal" and your working hours may vary between day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start date is according to agreement.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with an approved education as a nursing assistant, and significant weight is placed on previous experience in elderly care as well as personal suitability.
You should have a good attitude and be able to collaborate with care recipients and colleagues, as well as be flexible and able to handle changes in planning. You should be professional and able to provide quality services to our care recipients, have good communication skills both with the care recipient, colleagues, managers, and other professionals. It is also important to have a strong focus on our care recipients, be solution-oriented, and have an empathetic and respectful approach.
A driver's license is required for work in our operations. We also value good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as previous experience with documentation. Some technical knowledge in IT and mobile telephony is also requested as it is our primary work tool.
Due to new regulations regarding Protected Professional Title for nursing assistants effective July 1, 2023, proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to be employed as a nursing assistant. If proof is missing or pending, the position of Care Assistant will be used.
