Vårdcentralen Centrum is a large health center with a wide range of primary care services, located in the hospital area of Landskrona with good bus and train connections. We are a well-functioning and popular unit with approximately 14,000 registered patients, making us one of the largest health centers in Skåne. We conduct a broad outpatient operation with doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Additionally, we also have Child Health Centers (BVC) associated with us.

We have a strong interest in mentoring and often welcome students who may become our future colleagues. Vårdcentralen Centrum has a well-functioning collaboration with the municipality and the hospital in Landskrona, and together we conduct exciting development work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome another nurse who wants to work with a focus on wound care and be part of our wonderful team at Vårdcentralen Centrum!

With us, you will often encounter complex and exciting care processes in a changing environment where your skills provide great opportunities to make a difference for the patient. Our goal is always to start from the patients' needs, where care is tailored individually and characterized by a professional approach. As a nurse, you will be responsible for basic and medical care, risk assessment, and preventive measures.

We have various development projects underway where you can be a part of, including follow-up on chronic diseases and team-based collaboration among our different professional groups at the health center. All to provide good and close care to our patients.

Your introduction with us will be tailored based on your experiences so that you can integrate into the operations smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice in Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish, at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale, are a requirement. Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have previous experience working at a health center, preferably in primary care, and if you have experience or interest in wound care.

We use IT support to streamline care and free up time for personal meetings, so it is an advantage if you are accustomed to working in various operational systems.

Through your engagement and positive attitude, you contribute to a good working climate together with your colleagues, where collaboration is key to achieving the highest quality of care for our patients. You also have a high readiness for action, a professional demeanor, and the ability to adapt your planning based on changing conditions and needs in the operations.
