About the assignment

A family in Norra Djurgårdsstaden with three children (1, 5, 6 & 11 years old) wishes to receive help with babysitting 5 afternoons a week, between 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (on Thursdays it is from 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM). The family also wishes for sporadic help as needed on weekend evenings.

As babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job, and to establish a long-term relationship, we would like you to have a reasonable travel time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages; therefore, we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
