Nenab in Sandviken manufactures vehicle lifts and jacks for workshops and inspection stations throughout Sweden and other countries. We manufacture our products from raw materials to finished products, Nenab is known for high quality and good customer service. We are now looking for a combined role as a team leader and administrator. Employment start immediately.

About the role
You will lead a team of assemblers and welders. In addition, daily administrative tasks such as order management, receiving orders, sending customer invoices, receiving supplier invoices, making payments, and other common administrative tasks will be performed.
Based on incoming customer orders, you will plan production orders for the work team consisting of about 6-8 people. Here you will delegate tasks to the team and plan the order in which tasks should be performed. This role also includes managing the flow in the warehouse, booking freight for deliveries, and handling incoming goods.
As a team leader/administrator, collaboration and planning with the site manager and another team leader is included.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Receive orders from our customers in Swedish and English
- Enter customer orders into our business system Monitor ERP
- Handle deliveries, book freight, and send customer invoices in Monitor
- Manage and follow up on orders and customer deliveries in Monitor
- Pack customer orders
- Make purchases of items and other goods via Monitor and in-store.
- Unpack goods that have been received and report this delivery in Monitor
- Enter supplier invoices in Monitor and make payments
- Plan production orders and delegate work to the workgroup.
- Assist the site manager
The position is full-time. Working hours are 40 hours a week with flexible month.
What we are looking for in you
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- Good knowledge of Monitor or similar business systems.
- Good knowledge of leadership
- Experience in production or warehousing
- Meritorious to have bookkeeping knowledge in Monitor
To handle the varying tasks, it is required that you are a meticulous person, where it is in your nature to have order and tidiness. You are flexible and have a positive attitude towards varying tasks. We have high demands for pleasant interaction, willingness to serve, commitment, and a well-developed ability to collaborate. All experiences from leadership, warehousing, production, administration, and customer care are meritorious.

More about the position
Employment type: Full-time 40h a week with a 6-month probationary period that transitions to permanent employment.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 06:45 - 16:00, Friday 06:45-13:00
Salary: According to agreement.
