Your role As Payroll Manager at Kjell & Company, you will have overall responsibility for the entire payroll function, including Comp & Ben, as the role also involves responsibility for evaluating and developing benefit policies as well as managing and reviewing pension solutions. Your assignment is very operational but also strategic; you will map, develop, and streamline payroll processes while also processing payroll together with the payroll specialist already in place. You will also work closely with your immediate manager, who is the HR Manager, to ensure a good understanding and further development of payroll management.

Who are you? You are confident, self-driven, and unpretentious with a strong ability to take initiative and drive change forward. Your expertise is broad in payroll management, and you have good experience in Comp & Ben. You are used to complex payroll issues and enjoy working both operationally and strategically. We are looking for you who:

• Have relevant payroll education
• Have experience from payroll work in the private sector and good knowledge of collective agreements, preferably Handels and Unionen
• Have experience from larger organizations, preferably in retail
• Have experience in optimizing Comp & Ben strategies, including pension solutions.
• Have experience with the payroll system Agda

Meritorious:

• Experience with Quinyx and Catalyst One
• Experience with Danish and Norwegian payrolls
• Experience in change management within payroll processes
• Familiarity with the salary transparency directive
