We are currently looking for a pedagogical babysitter for a family in Gubbängen, Stockholm.

About us

NPF Babysitter offers childcare to families with children with NPF.

NPF stands for neuropsychiatric disabilities, and the most common disabilities are: ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette syndrome, and Language impairment. Our goal is to help as many as possible with special needs, and therefore you will undergo internal training in NPF before you start your first assignment. At NPF Babysitter, you will have a developing, joyful, and incredibly rewarding part-time job.

The assignment:

Number of children and age: One child, 8 years old

Days and times: Irregular, flexible.

Desired start date: Immediately

Childcare takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.

Location: Gubbängen, Stockholm

We are looking for someone who:

Has some form of experience with children, preferably children with ADHD

Has experience in language development

Has experience in clarifying pedagogy and low-affect responses

Is responsible and has a genuine interest in children

Wants a developing and rewarding part-time job

Is pedagogical, secure, and calm

Can work flexibly both evenings and weekends

Speaks Swedish fluently

It is advantageous if you have knowledge in visual support and TAKK

Typical tasks may include:

Picking up from preschool/school

Finding activities inside and outside the home

Providing support during outings

Preparing simple meals
