Nordic Re-Finance continues to develop its operations and is now looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Delivery Manager, you are a key player in improving our processes and generating happier customers. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and report directly to the COO.

Nordic Re-Finance rents out locomotives to operators across Scandinavia. As a Delivery Manager, your main task is to ensure that our locomotives are in the expected condition at handover and return, in accordance with what is stated in the rental agreement. This is done through dialogue with customers and workshops, as well as through actual inspections together with the lessees where the locomotives are located, both before the rental starts and upon return.

Since this role does not currently exist, you will have great freedom to develop the role together with an experienced team to contribute as much as possible to both our operations and our customers' satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate that the return from the previous customer and the handover to the next is done according to schedule, and that the vehicle is in the intended condition at both departure and arrival.
• Conduct inspections at handover and return of locomotives in consultation with the lessees.
• Document the condition and any damages to the vehicles.
• Communicate and engage in dialogue with lessees and workshops regarding the handling of deviations and changes in schedules.
• Administer inspection protocols and follow-ups in our customized system Railkeep.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize and improve the handover and return processes.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good administrative skills and attention to detail in documentation.
• Is social and enjoys customer contact and likes to travel for work.
• Has a business-oriented mindset and understanding of rental agreements.
• Has technical understanding and preferably experience in inspection or maintenance of vehicles or machinery. Previous experience with railway vehicles is a plus but not a requirement.
• Has good computer skills and experience with documentation and administration systems.
• A valid driver's license is required as the office is located outside urban areas and the job involves travel by car.

Our customers work with freight transport, infrastructure projects, and industrial shunting. The office is located in Klerebo outside Jönköping, where we also have a warehouse for spare parts.
