We are now looking for a Package Driver for our HD operations in Jönköping.

As a package driver, you will deliver packages from our terminals to stores, offices, small businesses, and private individuals. The role of a package driver is a social job where you meet both customers and your colleagues throughout the day. You will drive both in the city and in rural areas. Your day usually starts quite early as you sort packages and plan your route for the day together with your transport leader. As a package driver, you work during the day and have weekends off.

Responsibilities:

· Drive a package vehicle

· Load packages

· Provide excellent service to our customers

· Handle all shipments digitally using a handheld device

In your role, you will handle Schenker Åkeri's vehicles and goods, which requires a high level of responsibility, accuracy, and a respectful attitude.

You have:

· A valid B driver's license

· Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

If you have local knowledge of the area, we consider it an advantage.

The role is a summer temporary position with a start date to be agreed upon. The location is Jönköping. Compensation according to collective agreement.
