We are looking for a team member for our gardening and maintenance team in Karlstad. The job as a gardener involves outdoor maintenance of properties for both private individuals and companies, with tasks such as lawn mowing, tree & shrub pruning, work with brush cutters/chainsaws, planting, and stone setting. Snow removal and ice prevention with our machines are also part of the job. Simpler painting and carpentry work may occur.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has previously worked with outdoor maintenance, has skills in gardening and property care. As a person, you are responsible, reliable, and have a high sense of service; you enjoy working towards the goal of achieving good results with satisfied and returning customers. You thrive in both independent and team settings. Education in gardening and property care is an advantage, as is experience in the field. You communicate well in Swedish and have a B driver's license. It is also advantageous if you have permission to drive heavy trailers.
