As a seasonal worker with us, you are an important part of the production where you will work in a beautiful natural environment with a close-knit team. You will follow the plants' journey from sowing to delivery and have the opportunity to work both outdoors and indoors with various tasks such as:

• Operator work at sowing and packing line
• Forklift driving
• Weeding
• Handling of plants

In this role, you will work towards set goals in close collaboration with your colleagues. The position is located in Sjögränd and you will report to the nursery manager.

The position is a seasonal employment that extends from May to December 2025.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be able to take your own initiatives and enjoy being part of a team where good cooperation is essential. The work requires good self-leadership with drive and commitment. You have good communication skills and are positive, structured, and able to work methodically.

Skills and qualifications we believe you have:

• Vocational high school diploma in areas such as forestry, cultivation, gardening, industry, construction, logistics, electrical, or energy. Alternatively, at least two years of work experience in these areas
• Computer skills with good administrative abilities
• Ability to collaborate well and a careful and structured work style
• B driver's license and forklift license B1 according to TLP10 is a requirement
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
