JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

As a project engineer, you will have a dynamic and developing role where you will have the opportunity to take significant responsibility within both KMA (Quality, Environment, Work Environment) and cost/procurement. You will play a central role in their construction projects and contribute to ensuring that they are carried out in an economical, safe, and sustainable manner.

In the area of KMA (Quality, Environment, Work Environment), you will work broadly to ensure that projects are carried out safely, sustainably, and with quality correctness, both in specific projects and for the entire company. You will be part of a KMA group of four people. You will, among other things, review project routines and documentation, conduct safety rounds, and document deviations. You will identify areas for improvement, participate in risk analyses, and internal audits. Documentation is an important part of your work, where you collect, compile, and report KMA results.

In cost and procurement, you will be offered a position where you can participate in both the bidding process and cost work for new assignments. Within the projects, there is also the opportunity to work with project economics such as cost control, financial follow-up, review, invoice management, and also act as support in procurement.

You will work closely with both internal teams and external parties, such as clients and subcontractors.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has experience in KMA work within construction/contract projects.
• Has knowledge of project economics.
• Holds a technical post-secondary education, or equivalent education and focus that is considered relevant. Education in construction technology is seen as a strong merit.
• Has very good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish, as the language is used daily.
• Has good administrative skills.
• Wants and can work on-site in projects around Stockholm.

It is meritorious if you have:

• A valid driver's license (strong merit).
• Previous experience in project economics.
• Very good communication skills in both spoken and written English, as the language is used daily.
