We are now looking for an engaged and driven team leader with sales responsibility for our office in Västerås. The position means that you will be a key player in our team and be responsible for both your own sales budget and for leading and developing the Västerås office towards continued success. Initially, you will learn our type of sales and focus on your own sales budget to gradually grow into the role of team leader. We welcome both those who feel ready to take the next step in their career to take on a leadership role, as well as those who have worked in a similar role before. Your Responsibilities

• Be responsible for both individual sales budget targets and the office's monthly budget
• Lead and develop the office's sales team through quality assurance and follow-up
• Initiate sales-driving measures, ensure that processes are followed, and that sales targets are met
• Onboard and train new salespeople
• Manage daily office tasks such as staffing, work environment, and the functionality of workstations
• Handle exceptional customer cases and quality assurance
• Follow up on time reporting and employee absence and conduct individual budget and employee discussions
• Manage the office's daily operations, including collaboration with landlords and ensuring a motivating culture in the workplace

During the first months of your probationary period, you will exclusively work with sales to gradually grow into the role of team leader.

Your Qualities

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and leadership. You have:

• A strong drive and endurance in sales as well as the ability to work towards high individual goals
• A natural ability to lead, motivate, and engage your team
• Experience balancing operational work with strategic planning
• A solution-oriented and structured work style

We believe that the right person for this position does not necessarily have a long background as a manager. What is most important to us is your ability to motivate and lead a team, and your willingness to grow in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales over the phone and budget responsibility
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets while leading a team
• Familiarity with working with computers and digital tools
• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is a merit if you have previously held a leadership role where you coached salespeople and/or had a responsibility role that you combined with your role as a salesperson with an individual sales budget.

Additional Information

• Title: Sales Team Leader
• Benefits: Lunch training 1 hour/week and corresponding collective agreement level ITP1 via Länsförsäkringar from the start of the permanent employment
• Working hours: Full-time Monday-Thursday from 08:00-17:00 and Fridays from 07:30-16:30
