TEAM LEADER LANDSCAPING/GARDENING - JC MILJÖSTÄD AB, STOCKHOLM

We are looking for an engaged and driven Team Leader in landscaping and gardening who wants to help develop the business forward. In this role, you will have the operational responsibility to lead and allocate work within the company's assignments, staff projects, and ensure that the company's customers receive the highest quality of JC MiljöStäd's services.

As a Team Leader, you will work both strategically and practically – you lead the team in the field, follow up on work efforts, and ensure that the work is carried out according to plan. The role requires a good understanding of gardening, landscaping, and green space maintenance, as well as an interest in developing both staff and the business.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operationally lead and allocate work in landscaping and gardening
• Staff assignments and plan resources to ensure efficient operations
• Follow up on work efforts and ensure that quality and deadlines are met
• Be a link between employees, customers, and company management
• Contribute to the development and improvement of work processes

Qualifications:

• Education in gardening, landscape management, or equivalent experience
• Experience in team leadership within the landscaping or gardening industry
• Driving license B is required
• Good organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Experience in customer contact and businesslike behavior
• The ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English; knowledge of Greek is highly meritorious
