We are looking for a proactive Production Manager

At our Jula Logistics terminal in Falköping, a constant flow of goods is handled, transported by train to and from Gothenburg port, and further to our customers across the country by train or truck. We are in an exciting phase of expansion and are now looking for skilled forklift operators who want to be part of our growing team starting immediately. Perhaps you are our new colleague?

As a manager within the Jula Group, you have an important role. We want you to inspire and guide your team, rather than just give directives. It is your leadership that drives our success.

Of course, you have tasks, goals, and plans to fulfill, but it is your ability to lead, motivate, and engage your team that truly makes the difference!

A typical day at our terminal finds you surrounded by trains and trucks coming and going. As a Production Manager, you play a crucial role by leading and distributing work so that everything runs efficiently. You lead a cohesive team where collaboration and communication are the keys to success.

Your role involves planning and managing personnel, follow-up, administration, as well as change and improvement work. You are responsible for a fleet of machinery including reach stackers, tugmasters, and other forklifts. You lead a team of about 15-20 employees distributed over three shifts with associated Team Leaders.

What’s in your CV?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in leadership and change management, preferably within logistics, but this is not a requirement. We envision that you have led groups before and are now ready to take the next step. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Good to know

The position is a full-time role with a 6-month probationary period starting as agreed. Jula Logistics has collective agreements with both Unionen and Transport.
