Summer Job as Order Receiver

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a driven order administrator for our client located in Ulricehamn. This position is a summer temporary job starting in June, week 26.

The tasks are varied and include order management, customer contact, booking of customs freight, and handling customs documents. The assignment is set for 5 weeks.

Responsibilities may include:

• Booking, planning, and coordinating transports
• Customer calls and emails
• Receiving orders and tracking shipments in the system
• Customs administration and issuing freight documents
• Ensuring that all orders are executed on time and with quality

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience in administration and service. You are service-oriented, structured, and meticulous in your work. You are solution-oriented, have a strong work ethic, are self-driven, and enjoy customer contact and providing good service. Furthermore, you are stress-resistant and thrive in an environment where the pace can sometimes be high with many tasks at hand.

If you have previously worked in a business system, it is an advantage. The client works in Monitor. Good computer skills are a prerequisite.

Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required as all job descriptions and documents are in Swedish. English may occur.

About the Position

The assignment is full-time and during the day. Summer temporary job v.26-30. Salary according to agreement.
