Your Challenge

In the role of inside sales representative, you will work with the sales of our services and products. You will help customers get to know their homes and understand risks. We have therefore developed a damage prevention solution for our customers, which is a connected home alarm focusing on fire, water, and burglary. This is to detect customer damages at an early stage and minimize them. The offer is packaged together with other business, which means that we, together with banks and insurance companies, create a unique offer with several advantages. We provide our customers everything under one roof and a solution for a safer everyday life where sales are based on a needs-based and proactive mindset.

You will work independently towards your own budget, are fearless, which means you need to have the ability to take initiative and drive and complete business. But for us, it is also important that you are a team player who sees opportunities and contributes with good atmosphere and energy so we can succeed together. Sales are also carried out in close collaboration with the rest of the organization in the parent company and are based on a common working method.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma and preferably relevant post-secondary education with a few years of sales experience. You have your own drive with a strong goal focus, are triggered by sales, and have the ability to create good relationships with both customers and colleagues. As a person, you are trustworthy, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented. For you, it is a given to lift your gaze, collaborate with your colleagues, and offer the best solution for the customer.

Our Recruitment Process
