About the role In the role of Team Manager in Södertälje, your focus will be on our employees who work every day to sort and deliver our packages. You will have personnel responsibility, which includes monitoring KPIs and the professional development of employees. The role is both operational and strategic to ensure the terminal operates optimally. Your tasks will include:

• Personnel responsibility as well as competence development and employee dialogues.

• Scheduling and staffing planning.

• Ensuring that operations proceed without hindrance by carefully ensuring that goods come in and out of the terminal according to schedule.

• Continuously following up, evaluating, and improving processes and quality.

• Support for other functions as required by the business.

About you We believe that you, as a Team Manager, are a natural problem solver who is motivated by challenges and has the ability to motivate the team around you, serving as a role model for both other leaders and employees. As a person, you are persistent and curious about learning new things. You are also a good communicator with the ability to make decisions and create clarity and structure in a fast-paced organization.

• Previous experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility.

• You understand that sudden deviations in work may occur; therefore, we place great value on flexibility and the ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in scheduling and working according to KPIs.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• B driver's license.
