Karshamra Mat & Trädgård is a kitchen garden with a distinct gastronomic focus. Our goal is to promote a sustainable relationship between cultivation and food, as well as to increase knowledge about the interaction between gardens and ecosystems. We offer cultivation assignments, processing, and consultation in both kitchen and garden – and how these interact. Our operations also include catering, events, collaborations, knowledge exchanges, and courses and training.

We are currently looking for service staff for our operations in Grödinge, just outside Tumba. With us, you will have a varied role where you work closely with both our guests and our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a social environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.

You will be part of our service and kitchen team, which consists of dedicated employees with a strong interest in food and service. The position involves work both in the restaurant and in our farm shop.

As service staff, you will among other things:

• Serve food and drinks to guests
• Take orders at the cash register, both for the restaurant and the farm shop
• Be responsible for dishwashing and cleaning during and after shifts
• Manage the topping station and some cold kitchen tasks
• Work at events and catering
• Handle a high workload during lunch and evening shifts

Depending on your skills, you may also have the opportunity to work with baking pizzas and cooking.

Desired profile:

• At least 2 years of experience in service work in a restaurant
• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably during lunch rush

We are looking for someone who:

Is service-oriented and social – You have close contact with guests and enjoy creating a positive experience for them.

Has a high tempo and a stress-resistant attitude – During lunch and evening service, the pressure is high, and we need someone who stays focused and works efficiently.

Is flexible and proactive – The work can vary from day to day, and we appreciate if you take your own initiatives and help where needed.

It is a plus if you:

• Have experience working in a kitchen as a chef/cold kitchen staff
• Have an interest or education in wine

Other Start: Immediately or by agreement

Working hours: Flexible shifts between 11:00 and 22:00

Location: Karshamra, Grödinge (about 15 minutes from Tumba)
