The Role of Care Assistant with Us

As an employee in home care, you will work according to a schedule both during the day, evening, and weekends. Our work environment allows us to cycle, walk, and drive to our clients, creating opportunities for a varied environment. To perform your work, you will have access to a company car and/or bicycle, a personal work phone, and work clothes.

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your interactions and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts while maintaining your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, delivering results and prioritizing your tasks effectively. We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained care assistant
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as required in daily work
• holds a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience working as a care assistant

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date by agreement.

The position is full-time or by agreement. Within the Department of Health & Care, all employees in home care and care facilities are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the option to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the operation.
