Terminal Worker at DHL in Uppsala

As a terminal worker, you will be involved in picking and packing deliveries, preparing for the next day's needs, and ensuring everything is ready. You will also work with various tasks that may occur at a terminal, and it is of utmost importance that you work carefully and systematically. Here you will have the chance to try out several different exciting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

In this assignment, you have the opportunity to influence the days you want to work, as you will set your availability in our system to combine your studies or other main activities. We view this assignment long-term and expect that you have at least a year left in your studies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To thrive in this role and quickly adapt to the work, we see that you are driven, flexible, and have an eye for quality. Since there are heavy lifts and some running involved in the work, you need to be in good physical shape. You also need to maintain a high pace in your work without compromising on quality. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and technically skilled.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Studies or another main activity of at least 50%
• Available for work 2-3 weekday nights per week. Working hours are from 00:30 to 07:00.
• Clean criminal record. This will be checked during the recruitment process.

Having a forklift license and previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
