About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and operational team leader who thrives in a production environment and has a natural leadership ability. In this role, you will actively work in production while also being responsible for providing feedback and following up with our consultants on-site.

We are seeking a producing team leader for one of our clients in Enköping. You will work in production yourself but also be responsible for feedback and follow-up of our consultants on-site.

Your Responsibilities

Actively work in production
Coach and support employees to achieve set goals
Clear and ongoing communication with employees to create engagement and job satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is currently working as a team leader or equivalent, with experience of being operational and present in production. It is important for us that you have a natural leadership style that makes follow-up and motivation of consultants a natural part of your daily work, rather than a task that feels heavy or time-consuming.

Experience in monitoring productivity and a good understanding of logistics is required.
