As a Warehouse Specialist, you will work with your colleagues to manage the entire warehouse chain by handling daily orders, booking transports, and ensuring a smooth flow in warehouse operations. You will work closely with the warehouse manager and report to the Senior Manager Supply Chain, focusing on ensuring a smooth delivery process and maintaining the company's policies and guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a central role in the team. Your responsibilities include:

• Order management & deliveries – Picking, packing, and shipping goods according to the delivery plan, booking transports within the EU, and checking the order stock
• Receiving & registration – Receiving goods from suppliers, handling returns, and registering in the business system
• Inventory & stock management – Participating in inventory and ensuring order and cleanliness
• Deviation management & administration – Following company policies, managing deviations, and maintaining systems and routines
• Material supply & product changes – Ensuring sufficient packaging materials and supporting product changes in the warehouse

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has experience in warehouse work or a similar role where structured work has been a focus
• Has completed high school education
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has experience with ERP/warehouse systems such as SAP B1
• Has good knowledge of MS Office and Office 365

It is a merit if you have:

• Forklift license
• Training in the transport of hazardous goods (Lithium-ion)

As a person, you have good problem-solving skills, are attentive to details, and have a very structured working approach. You are keen to maintain order and cleanliness, are self-driven, and can push your own work forward. You have good communication skills and enjoy working with other colleagues.
