About the Role:
Thule is growing, and we are now looking for a driven and responsible Material Handler to join our logistics team.
As a Material Handler, you will have an important responsibility to ensure that the right materials are delivered at the right time and to the right place. You will be a crucial link in our logistics department and work closely with other functions such as Production, Planning, and Quality.
Responsibilities:
The job involves managing the material flow efficiently and safely, which includes forklift driving, goods reception and loading, as well as responsibility for the material flow between the warehouse and production. You will use our business system to perform transactions and keep track of balances, while actively contributing to orderliness and improvement efforts within the department. In this role, you will work according to our workplace safety routines and ensure that safety and quality are always prioritized.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone with a high school education, who is proficient in Swedish both spoken and written, and holds a valid forklift license (at least A2, preferably B1/B3/B5) and AM/B driving license. Furthermore, we prefer that you have at least one year of experience in warehouse work. To succeed in this role, you need to be structured and organized with an eye for detail. You are a team player who contributes to the team's success, has a service-oriented and solution-focused approach, as well as good communication skills and the ability to handle stress in a dynamic environment.
