Material Planner for Volvo in Hallsberg

Jeffersson Wells is now looking for a Material Planner for an exciting consulting assignment at Volvo in Hallsberg. This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Jefferson Wells and carry out assignments at our client's site.

About the role

As a Material Planner, you will play a central role in effectively managing material procurement from suppliers and adjusting delivery plans and agreements to ensure timely deliveries and material availability at the right place. You will:

• Analyze and act on late/early deliveries and other warnings and deviations.
• Ensure correct parameter settings and master data.
• Be responsible for maintaining an optimal inventory level.
• Contribute to transport optimization.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in material planning or a similar role.
• Good ability to work independently with general guidance.
• Experience in solving difficult but not complex problems.
• Ability to influence others by explaining facts, policies, and procedures.
• Practical knowledge from education and work life.
