We are looking for trainers in project management, preferably with experience in urban planning.

The assignment is a training session lasting 1 full day or 2 half days, suitable for consultants or other situations.

The training aims to enhance the participants' and their respective organizations' ability to plan and lead projects in their operations.

Practical exercises and discussions will be included, using scenarios/examples as a basis for discussions.

Training can be conducted on-site or virtually via Teams, and you have some flexibility regarding when you can deliver the training. The content will be developed in collaboration with the company and can be adjusted based on the participants' goals.
