Job Description:

As a Salesperson at BAUHAUS, you play an important and operational role with a lot of customer contact. You are the face of BAUHAUS towards our customers and a key player for us. Therefore, it is important that you are service-minded, professional, and have an easy time providing service to different kinds of people who visit our stores daily. You will be part of a team of skilled employees who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and colleagues. BAUHAUS has a large, varied, and exciting assortment, and no two days are alike. You will thrive with us! Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can work varied hours including days/evenings/weekends and enjoys and is good at working with people. We appreciate if you are solution-oriented and have a positive attitude towards your surroundings – of course, you are service- and customer-focused. In addition, you are outgoing, independent, flexible, and goal-oriented. We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity, and great importance will be placed on your personal qualities. It is a plus if you are practically inclined and have industry experience and/or have been a craftsman, but this is not a requirement. You need to be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish in both spoken and written form, and English in spoken form. The position is part-time. In this recruitment, we will request a criminal record extract.

BAUHAUS season starts before summer, and therefore the start date will be in April as agreed.
