Robot Welder for Trident in Ängelholm

We are now looking for an experienced robot welder for an exciting position with our client Trident in Ängelholm. You will be part of a small team responsible for ensuring high quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

The position starts with a 6-month fixed-term employment as a consultant via Emploid, with the intention of transitioning to a permanent position with Trident. About the role

As a robot welder at Trident, you will work in a modern and automated production environment where you handle and program welding robots. You will create and adjust welding robot programs, ensure smooth production flow, and perform quality checks to ensure that the final products meet the required standards. You will also replenish materials, change parts, inspect welding, and perform finishing work.

Since some components and dimensions may vary, you will also need to be able to work with manual welding of various details in black (MIG/MAG). You will be part of a cohesive team of three people where you collectively ensure that the work is performed according to established requirements and goals. Here, you will have the opportunity to quickly become an important part of the operation. The work is based on manufacturing orders, and you have great flexibility to plan and structure your work during the week.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Programming and handling of welding robots, including creating new programs and adjusting existing ones.

- Material handling, such as replenishing materials, changing parts, and ensuring smooth production flow.

- Quality checks, where you inspect the welding and ensure it meets the required standards.

- Manual welding of components in black material (MIG/MAG).

- Measuring and marking details to ensure correct welding.

About you

We believe you are a social and outgoing person who easily adapts to new environments and quickly becomes part of the team. You should also be a team player with good communication skills, and be able to drive your own work forward with good quality. You need to be engaged, efficient, quality-conscious, and meticulous. In this role, it is also important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Welding certification EN 1090 is an advantage but not a requirement.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Several years of experience in robot welding and manual welding (MIG/MAG).

- Good knowledge of reading blueprints and measurement techniques.

- Technical vocational training.

- Forklift license.

- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

- Welding certification according to EN 1090.

- Meticulous and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

- Responsible and used to working based on blueprints and production orders.

Other information

- Employment type: Starts as a 6-month fixed-term employment as a consultant via Emploid, with the intention to transition to a permanent position directly with Trident.

- Working hours: Daytime (06:45-16:00 Mon-Thu and 06:45-14:30 Fridays).

- Salary: By agreement.
