CNC Operator

In the role of CNC Operator, you will be responsible for CNC-controlled machines with associated robot automation. Together with your colleagues in the same process, you are responsible for continuously delivering products of the right quality with the right productivity, and ensuring this is done safely. To achieve this, you will work daily with tool changes, operator maintenance, 5S troubleshooting, and measurement control.

You are a responsible, hardworking person with a desire to develop and a willingness to learn. You are driven by set goals and focused on ensuring production runs smoothly. You also have the ability to collaborate and communicate, working equally well independently and in a team. You have a high safety awareness and prioritize your own and others' safety. It is also required that you are quality-conscious, meticulous, and service-oriented.

Background

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled. A background as a CNC operator or equivalent experience is advantageous.

• You have a forklift license for reach trucks and preferably good computer skills.
• Swedish language skills in both speech and writing
• Good knowledge of Mathematics - able to calculate values in multiple dimensions
• Good physical condition as heavy lifting is involved
• Forklift license

2 shifts
Morning shift Monday - Friday 06:30-15:00
Afternoon shift Monday - Thursday 15:00-23:30
