About the Position

Ikett is looking for a machine operator for a client in Helsingborg with a 2-shift schedule.

As a machine operator at the client, you will ensure that the right materials are prepared for production, perform quality checks, and monitor that the produced items meet the required quantity and appearance. Your task will be to maintain order on production areas and the department, follow applicable quality assurance procedures, and their cleaning routines.

To be the right person for the job, you also need to be willing to adapt and handle other tasks that may arise within production. The company also involves some manual handling.

In the role of machine operator, you will need to perform operator maintenance, such as planning, executing, and following up on preventive maintenance of the machinery. This may involve troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving operational disruptions.

Participation is desired in the pursuit of finding solutions to make work more efficient or better in production. We appreciate suggestions for improvements both in the work environment and on how to optimize the machinery.

Permanent assignment.
Immediate start/as agreed.
2-shift schedule.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have:

• A technical high school education or a burning interest in technology.
• Several years of recent experience as a machine operator in a similar role.
• Previous experience with continuous improvements and a drive for development.
• Knowledge of business systems.
• Good ability to speak and write in Swedish.

As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, and flexible. You have good collaboration skills since the work takes place at our client companies.
