About the Role

BAT is a rapidly developing company with products like VELO, VUSE, and GLO on a mission to reduce the health impact of the industry. To achieve BAT's ambition, we are looking for colleagues ready to take on this challenge. We are seeking engaged part-time employees for roles as operators and forklift drivers for our client in the industry. As an operator, you will monitor production processes, produce goods according to scheduled routines, and adjust machines as needed. Additionally, tasks such as packing and packaging are included.

The position has a flexible start and can begin immediately. Depending on which department you end up in, working hours may be 3-shift or 5-shift. We expect you to be able to work at least 2 days a week and set aside about 2 weeks for full-time training at the beginning. After the introduction, you will have the opportunity to specify your availability and plan your shifts.

For this position, it is required that you have another occupation of at least 50%, such as studies, retirement, or another part-time job.

About You

We are looking for someone ready for an inspiring and stimulating part-time job where responsibility is key. If you already have experience with similar tasks, possess a driver's license, and have access to your own car, this is definitely an advantage. To fit into the role, you should currently be engaged in studies or have another main occupation of at least 50%. Flexibility is crucial, as the client's needs may change at short notice!
