Professionals Nord, in collaboration with HydraSpecma, is looking for a quality technician for the office in Örnsköldsvik. The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Professionals Nord and that you will be employed directly by HydraSpecma.

HydraSpecma has a modern production facility and a completely renovated office in Örnsköldsvik, where they currently have 70 employees and are growing every year! They have a comprehensive onboarding program so that you can learn the required working methods and procedures in a safe and quality-assured manner. As a quality technician, you will work on developing and improving production and processes. By supporting the various functions of the business and being involved in development projects, you will work proactively with quality to develop the business. You will primarily support production but also other functions in quality and process issues and have the opportunity to develop and learn in the field along the way. Examples of tasks include:

• Create, implement, and update procedures to prevent deviations
• Register customer and supplier complaints and ensure corrective actions
• Manage internal deviations and eliminate sources of error
• Drive quality projects
• Develop the company's processes and provide internal training on reporting and follow-up
• Participate in audits of internal processes and subcontractors

has a technical background and experience from previous work or education. Perhaps you are at the beginning of your career or are curious about developing in quality? You understand production flows and have experience from a technical environment, as well as a strong interest in learning more and developing! If you have previously worked with deviation management, complaints, or otherwise supported the business in quality issues, this is an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person, you are a results-driven team player with a strong interest in technology and the company's product. You are communicative, questioning, analytical, and unpretentious in your collaboration with others, and you work in a structured and organized manner.
