Founded in 1968, Centro is the country's oldest professional chain for tiles and ceramics. We have stores & studios in 19 locations from Malmö to Örnsköldsvik. In 2023, FF Kakel AB merged its operations with Centro kakel & klinker AB, and in 2024 we also welcomed Kakeldax i Sverige AB to Centro. Role & responsibilities

A typical day with us in Örebro can range from a customer meeting in the studio store with scheduled appointments where you together with the customer look at different tiles, plumbing products, and furniture, helping the customer with their bathroom choices. Or where you on the same day both order and then pack the customer's order before delivery. We also have our professional department where all our corporate customers come for help with their projects, or sometimes just seek a pleasant conversation over a cup of coffee or lunch. We strive for a high level of service with accessibility and wish for the customer to come to us with all ideas and questions. This also leads to a pleasant and cheerful working atmosphere where we as a team strive to always succeed with our common customers together.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Meeting with customers! Providing extraordinary customer support and assisting the customer in their specific projects.

- Working in our business system Jeeves to create orders and quotes.

- Keeping an eye on the store's appearance, orderliness, and tidiness.

- Warehouse work and order picking.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We would like you to see it as challenging and fun to have different tasks. You have a good ability to meet the customer based on their needs and can adapt to different situations, from local events for professional customers to scheduled meetings in our studio. You are outgoing, cheerful, and serious in your commitment. You enjoy learning new things, developing in your work, and being a strong team player.

You should have at least 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably within the construction industry. Previous experience in technical sales within the construction industry is an advantage. There will be some heavy lifting and packing in the warehouse, where a forklift license is also an advantage but not a requirement (training can be arranged). We work a lot on computers with orders, quotes, purchases, and emails between colleagues and customers. It is good if you are computer literate and advantageous if you have also worked on platforms such as Jeeves, Outlook, Excel.

Employment conditions

Centro has a collective agreement, where the position falls under the Retail Agreement.

Scope: Full-time, 38.25 hours/week.

Employment: Probationary employment/permanent employment.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:20-17:00.

Start: By agreement.

Salary: By later agreement.
