OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE/WORKSHOP ADVISOR AT ATRACCO AB

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be the face of Atracco, and your primary focus will be to seek out, book, and conduct meetings with new potential workshop customers as well as maintain existing customer relationships with workshops. The job may also involve participating in fairs and events that we attend as exhibitors throughout the year. You have great freedom to plan your own workweek and will primarily work independently, but you will naturally belong to a wonderful team with whom you have close contact.

Your main job responsibilities:

• Conduct physical customer visits in the field, primarily visiting existing customers but also prospecting new customers.
• Consultation regarding our products and services.
• Participate in fairs and events.
• Planning and structure.
• Weekly meetings with reporting and follow-up.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
The person we are looking for for this position is a positive and trustworthy relationship builder who is motivated by making deals. You are not afraid to contact new people and thrive best when you are out in the field. Since the work is mostly independent, it is important that you have a strong drive as well as good structure and planning skills.

Important for the position:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry (e.g., from working in a workshop, service advisor, sales of car parts, or other relevant experience).
• Driver's license B.

• Previous experience in proactive sales, preferably from B2B.
• Automotive technical education.

ABOUT THE POSITION
You will spend your working hours traveling to customers within your district. Since you work in the field, many overnight stays in hotels occur, sometimes several times a week. Your place of employment will be agreed upon, and in addition to customer visits, your work can be performed from home or from your nearest office.

• The position is full-time and starts with a 6-month probationary period.
• Working hours are Monday to Friday.
• Overnight stays in hotels occur frequently.
• The salary consists of a fixed part as well as a performance-based part.
