As a bartender with us at O’Learys Karlstad, your main responsibilities will be to serve our guests at the bar. You are responsible for providing guests with a great experience through friendly service and one hundred percent commitment. This also includes receiving deliveries, preparing the bar for opening, keeping it clean and tidy, and always following the regulations of the alcohol law. With us, you will work as part of a team and collaborate with both serving staff and other colleagues. Together, you are responsible for creating a pleasant and fun environment.

We are looking for someone who

Is flexible, service-minded, and has a good ability to handle stress and adapt in changing situations. You are meticulous and believe that details are important for achieving high quality. You are efficient, attentive, and aware of what is happening around you. An important team player who can contribute to a strong team and a good atmosphere in our restaurant. You need to be 18 years or older, and previous experience in bar/service is required.
