The company’s office is located in modern, pleasant premises just next to the train station in central Ockelbo. Nearby Gävle and Sandviken are easily accessible by train, bus, or car.

As a customer service representative at Ockelbogårdar, you will be part of our customer service team where we take care of our existing and future tenants. Your tasks include welcoming visitors and assisting them with various matters. This may involve, for example, access arrangements, move-outs, reporting issues, and handing out keys to contractors. You will participate in the rental work and show available apartments.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a high work capacity and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. As a person, you are self-driven and responsible. You have a structured approach to work and are unpretentious, service-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. 

The position requires a high school diploma. A university degree is an advantage. You have good computer skills and feel comfortable with all parts of the Office suite. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement. Additional language skills are an advantage. A driver's license is also required.

Some years of relevant work experience is advantageous. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and suitability during the recruitment process.
