You will have close contact with your immediate manager and a fun part-time job that is a merit for life!

About the assignment

A family in Luleå with two children (2 & 6 years) wishes for a back-up babysitter who can step in if their regular babysitter is sick/on leave. Their regular babysitter works on Saturdays between 09:00-12:00 or 10:00-13:00.

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or part-time work, and to establish a long-term relationship, we would like you to have a reasonable travel time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, therefore we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
