About the position

We are now looking for someone with experience and competence in work leadership; we see it as an advantage but not a requirement to have previous experience in the construction or remediation industry. As a working site manager at Polygon, you will be offered a varied and challenging job that involves many points of contact, both with customers and employees.

As a site manager, you will work both practically with remediation and demolition assignments (asbestos/PCB, fire and water damage) as well as administrative tasks such as damage inspections on properties, planning and implementing measures, calculating costs, and continuously following up on the cost development and management of damages.

Your tasks will include:

• Daily planning for your team
• Work leadership and inspection of new projects
• Customer contact
• Customer visits to support your employees
• Fieldwork

About you

The work involves collaboration with many different people and competencies, which requires good cooperation skills and strong leadership. You will have many external contacts and contribute to developing long-term business relationships and continued success and growth. We believe you have a structured working method and a good sense of order. As a leader, you have the ability to utilize the professional experience of Polygon's employees while motivating them with your engagement to achieve our common goals.

For this role, we see that you:

• Have experience in work leadership
• Master Swedish in speech and writing
• Have good computer skills
• Have a B driver's license
• Experience with MEPS and similar electronic reporting tools is an advantage
• Training in PCB and Asbestos is an advantage but not a requirement
