As a Team Leader for Marketpeople's employees at Dagab's warehouse in Hässleholm, you will become an important part of the operation. Part of the role involves coaching Marketpeople's employees and ensuring they have the right conditions to thrive and achieve the set goals. As the closest leader to the employees, you create a pleasant and successful environment for the team. You will also work closely with Dagab's own management to plan and ensure that the work in the operation is carried out in the best way.

In the second part of the role, you will work with order picking yourself. You enjoy an operational/unpretentious role where a large part of your daily routine consists of picking orders and driving a forklift.

As you will be part of a large logistics flow with many actors and different challenges, it is especially important that you and the team maintain punctuality, follow safety and order regulations, and help where needed. The main job responsibilities in the role are:

• Coaching - You motivate, engage, and follow up with employees to achieve success.
• Personnel Management - You schedule and manage attendance and absence for Marketpeople's staff.
• Picking and packing orders - The work is done with the help of a forklift and pick-by-voice (a voice-controlled picking system that helps you pick correctly).

About one-third of your time will be spent on management tasks, while the remaining time you will be part of the team and lead by example by working as a warehouse employee. The distribution may vary from day to day and over time depending on the needs of the operation, but setting an example with exemplary order picking and behavior will always be important.

You will mostly work Monday to Friday during the day. However, there will be some evenings to give you the opportunity to meet our employees who work both day, evening, and night.

The position is a permanent employment on a full-time basis with a standard probationary period of six months.

The start date for the position is by agreement.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Some form of leadership experience
• Work experience from warehousing, logistics, or similar

• Forklift license
• It is a plus if you have been or are active in any sport

You are a natural leader who finds it easy to communicate with people. You are also structured, clear, and have the ability to motivate employees. Furthermore, you have a positive attitude and enjoy taking responsibility. You are comfortable being held accountable for your performance but also in following up with employees on their performance.

You are unpretentious and have no problem working with order picking as this is a significant part of the role. This work is physical, so it requires you to have good physical condition. It is important that you work in an ergonomically correct way and appreciate keeping your body active.

You are good at collaboration and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group, regardless of different perspectives, cultures, backgrounds, and languages. As a Team Leader, you are an important representative of Marketpeople, you are service-oriented and always work for Dagab's best.

Salary: According to collective agreements, and here the warehouse and e-commerce agreement is followed. The salary is GFL salary + shift leader supplement (GFL = your compensation is based on the average of all who work in the warehouse, which in this warehouse is a good compensation). OB and overtime compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
