Loading Planner Wanted at Dagab in Hässleholm

Do you have experience in warehouse operations and want to work administratively during the summer period? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

We are currently seeking a loading planner for Dagab in Hässleholm. You will be employed by Uniflex and work at Dagab starting with training in week 20. The assignment will last full-time until week 34 with the possibility of extension.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage and administer loading processes
• Be responsible for checking in and out drivers, as well as providing them with load information and necessary tools
• Document and report loading activities
• Monitor production in the systems to ensure loading occurs according to planned times
• Release full pallets from the crane warehouse
• Ensure that all goods are loaded according to plan and perform goods withdrawal after loading is completed
• Maintain continuous and quick communication with the own warehouse and Dagab Gothenburg via email, chat, and phone

Working hours

Working hours will vary, and weekend work may also occur.

Requirements for the position

• Previous experience in warehouse operations
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Good computer skills, as much communication takes place through email and chats
• Good knowledge of the Office package, primarily Outlook, Excel & Teams

Meritorious

• Knowledge of SAP
• Forklift license
