We are looking for someone who can work three days a month with logistics administration and goods reception for our client in Landskrona. You should also be available to work full-time during the summer. A perfect gig for you who are studying and want to work extra every month and have your summer job sorted! The working hours are scheduled for the last day of each month and the first two days of the new month. This assignment starts immediately and is expected to continue! • General reception work (keeping order, refilling the coffee machine, answering emails and phone calls, etc.).
• Receiving drivers who are loading goods
• Printing documents such as shipping labels
• Ensuring that appointments with drivers are followed
• Filling in Excel files and inventory transfers in SAP. Requirements Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Flexible to work at specified times It is also strongly meritorious if you have worked with similar tasks before!

The workplace is in Landskrona and is only on-site with no possibility for remote work.
